I am excited to announce that I have been nominated for the UDIA land development committee for the 3rd year running.

As a committee member, I am passionate about contributing to the various policy issues that affect greenfield land development in Western Sydney and NSW more broadly. With a State Election coming up, it is an interesting time for policy reform and I am eager to be a part of the conversation.

One area of land development that I have previously contributed to is levies and contribution reform. By streamlining this process, we can ensure that development is not held up by red tape and that greenfield land is developed in a timely manner. A successful levy and contribution reform would also benefit the wider community and is a positive response to the NSW Productivity Commissioner’s recommendations.

I look forward to continuing to work with the UDIA and other stakeholders on these important issues.
